§1. General provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website guidedtourwroclaw.com and the conditions for the provision of tourism services by WrocEco Wheels Justyna Michalewska, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”.
By making a tour booking, the Customer accepts the provisions of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy available on the website.
The Terms of Service are available free of charge on the website in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.
§2. Definitions
- Service provider — WrocEco Wheels Justyna Michalewska
- Customer — a natural or legal person making a tour booking
- Participant — a person taking part in the tour
- Tour — a guided sightseeing service in Wrocław by electric vehicle
- Booking — a tour order placed via the online booking system or by email/phone
- Website — strona internetowa guidedtourwroclaw.com
§3. Offer and prices
The Service Provider offers the following types of tours of Wrocław:
- 1-hour tour — route covering the Old Town, Cathedral Island, Market Hall and Cathedral — from 60 PLN/person
- 1.5-hour tour — route covering the historic centre, Centennial Hall and Grunwald Bridge — from 80 PLN/person
- 3-hour tour — the most comprehensive route through Wrocław — from 140 PLN/person
All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN). The Service Provider is not a VAT payer. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect bookings already made.

§4. Booking
Tours can be booked:
- Online — via the booking system on the website
- By email — sending a message to booking@guidedtourwroclaw.com
- By phone — at +48 790 269 867
A booking is confirmed upon the Customer receiving a booking confirmation to the provided email address. The Customer is required to provide accurate contact details.
The minimum number of tour participants is 1 person. The maximum number of participants depends on vehicle capacity and is determined individually.
§5. Payments
Tour payments are processed via the Przelewy24 online payment system (PayPro S.A.). Available payment methods:
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Online bank transfer
- BLIK
Payment should be made at the time of booking. Failure to pay within the specified deadline may result in the booking being cancelled.
The Customer receives payment confirmation to the provided email address. Receipts are available on request.
§6. Tour delivery
Tours are conducted by qualified guides in electric vehicles.
Participant meeting point: ul. Świętego Mikołaja 1, Wrocław, unless otherwise agreed (hotel pick-up within 3 km of the route is available).
Participants are required to:
- Arrive at the designated meeting point punctually at the agreed time
- Follow the guide’s safety instructions
- Behave respectfully during the tour
- Refrain from smoking and using intoxicating substances during the tour
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service or exclude a participant from the tour without refund in the event of a breach of the above rules or behaviour that endangers the safety of other participants.
§7. Participants — children and people with disabilities
Children under 18 may participate in tours only under the supervision of an adult. People with disabilities and users of wheelchairs and pushchairs are welcome — our vehicles are adapted to accommodate them. Dogs may participate in tours provided they are properly secured and controlled by their owner.
§8. Service Provider liability
The Service Provider is responsible for the proper performance of the service in accordance with the offer description.
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- Delays or route changes caused by factors beyond its control (traffic, mass events, roadworks)
- Damage resulting from a participant failing to follow the guide’s instructions
- Loss or damage to participants’ personal property
- Consequences of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, random events)
The Service Provider holds public liability insurance for its business activities.
§9. Complaints
The Customer has the right to submit a complaint in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the service. Complaints should be submitted within 7 days from the date of the tour by e-mail to: booking@guidedtourwroclaw.com
The complaint should include: the Customer’s full name, booking number, tour date, and a description of the issue. The Service Provider will review the complaint within 14 days and inform the Customer of the outcome by e-mail.
§10. Personal data protection
DCustomers’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at guidedtourwroclaw.com/polityka-prywatnosci and in accordance with the GDPR.
§11. Dispute resolution
In the event of disputes between the Customer and the Service Provider, the parties will seek to resolve them amicably.
A Customer who is a consumer has the right to use out-of-court methods of dispute resolution and redress, including:
- Mediation conducted by the Trade Inspection Authority
- The ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Matters not covered by these Terms of Service are governed by the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
§12. Final provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Customers will be notified of changes through updates to the website content. Amendments do not affect bookings made before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms of Service come into force on the date of publication on the website.
